How habitry™ Started

habitry™ began in 2022 when our founders—burnt-out professionals themselves—realized that traditional wellness programs don't work for busy people.

The gym memberships you never use. The meal plans that fall apart on travel. The meditation apps that collect digital dust.

We asked a different question: What if we stopped treating wellness as an add-on and started treating it as infrastructure?

Nikhilesh is a growth strategist turned wellness entrepreneur who has spent over a decade building high-impact categories across retail, e-commerce, D2C, and SaaS. From managing ₹1000 Cr P&Ls at Croma to launching scalable D2C brands at Godrej, he's worked at the intersection of business strategy and behavioural systems. After navigating personal health challenges, he began questioning why smart, driven people often struggle to stay consistent with wellness. That's what led him to found habitry™ — a WhatsApp-first, human-led coaching platform that prioritises behavioural science over flashy hacks. Now also a certified ISSA-CPT (because he believes in walking the talk), Nikhilesh blends the precision of business with the psychology of change to help others stay consistent — even when life gets messy.

Saurabh brings a unique mix of entrepreneurship and event design to habitry™. As the co-founder of Wandering Souls, he has curated hundreds of high-engagement experiences across travel, fitness, and corporate wellness. Co-run an affiliated crossfit box with years of on-ground experience leading bootcamps, retreats, and corporate fitness formats. With a background in engineering and business, Saurabh deeply understands how to drive engagement — not just attendance. At habitry™, he leads experience delivery, making sure every program feels human, dynamic, and habit-forming. He's also been instrumental in building Wellness 360, habitry's corporate vertical that brings movement and mindfulness into boardrooms and breakrooms alike.

Pratik co-founded habitry™ to bridge the gap between traditional wisdom and modern delivery — where ancient healing meets daily habit change. He's also the host of the habitry hy5 talks podcast, where he interviews people from different workplaces about wellbeing, mindful ambition, personal growth and purpose-driven leadership. With a calm presence and a deep understanding of habit psychology, Pratik ensures habitry™ always stays rooted in balance — across nutrition, recovery, and mindset.

Holding a Master's degree in Sports Science & Fitness Nutrition, she is a National-level Mallakhamb Coach and a certified trainer in Yoga, Kettlebell, and Animal Flow. She focuses on building pain-free movement habits, specialising in structural challenges like knee or back pain and rehabilitation following injury or surgery.
